Shipping Policy

Our hours of operation are from Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. MST. Any order placed before 3 p.m. MST; will ship within 1 business day, of the order being placed. Any order placed after 3 p.m. MST will not ship until the following business day.

  • For any order shipping within the United States will take between 2-5 business days to arrive

 

  • For any order that is shipping Internationally, it is expected to take between 2-4 weeks to be delivered.

 

All orders ship within 1 business day of the order being placed. Typically, if the order is placed before 3 p.m MST, the package will ship out the same day. This time is estimated and is subject to change during the holiday season (November-January).

Once the order is processed and shipped, keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation with tracking link. It's important to be sure the email address you've entered at checkout it correct and a valid address. The tracking information may take up to 8 hours to develop details, so check back periodically.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. We are unable to account for any additional customs/shipping fee's incurred after we ship the package from our facility, as customs fees will vary and differ from place to place. We charge the required amount during the checkout process but are unable to request the additional charges as those are in place through your countries customs, specifically.
